When booking your appointment you are agreeing to our terms & agreements & our cancellation policy.
Please arrive for your appointment on time. Treatment times may be cut if you arrive late but full cost of your treatment will still be charged.
Treatments may be cancelled if you arrive more than 15mins late for your appointment but full cost of the treatment will still be charged.
Phones must be turned off or on silent when in the salon so that other clients are not disturbed.
You must let us know of any changes in your health, medication or skincare routine at the time of your appointment to ensure your suitability to your treatment.
Treatment can be denied at anytime if it is felt by your therapist that you are not suitable for treatment.
Treatment times are approximate & may include consultation & aftercare.
Prices & treatment times are subject to changes without prior notice.
Vouchers must be used within the date specified.
Vouchers can not be refunded.
We have a NO REFUND policy but we will address any complaint by trying to rectify the issue. You must let us know if you are unhappy with your treatment as soon as possible so we can endeavour to fix the problem.
Aggression or violence will NOT be tolerated.
