Tracy is just a fantastic lady, and beautician. I have been going to Tracy since she opened her salon and I just know that when I go there, I’m going to laugh, get things off my chest and have a flipping good treatment. She has decorated the salon beautifully (thanks to John too!) and it’s just a calming environment!

I Have over 20yrs experience within the beauty industry.

I have worked as an advanced or senior therapist at several 5* spa's including The Grove, Luton Hoo & Sopwell House.

I hold a teaching qualification & worked as a lecturer in the Londons West End at The London College of Beauty Therapy.

When opening The Skin Retreat I used my extensive experience & knowledge to create an environment that gives my clients an experience of luxury & calm.

Using only branded high quality products & protocals i'm able to give quality results to my clients every time.

As well as being a salon owner & therapist i'm also a wife, mother & grandmother (although I prefer to called nanny)

I have 4 grown up children, 5 grown up step children & 17 (soon to be 18) granchildren.

I also have 2 fur babies.... Woody the cockapoo & Willow the labradoodle so my life as you can imagine is extremely busy & at times chaotic but i wouldn't have it any other way.

I love my life, my family, my salon/business & my awsome clients!
